Apple Blueberry Banana Cinnamon Pancakes Recipe


Imagine waking up to the heavenly fragrance of handmade blueberry banana cinnamon pancakes on a weekend morning. It's the best comfort food for breakfast, and it can even pull off as the perfect lazy Sunday brunch.

(serves 6)

- 240g all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoonful baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoonful salt
- 240ml fresh milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoonful sugar
- 2 small bananas, mashed
- 0.5 teaspoonful cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoonful vanilla extract
- Maple syrup or honey
- 2 tablespoonfuls of Apple Blueberry jam
- Unsalted butter


1. In a mixing bowl, pour in the ingredients required and mix thoroughly using an egg beater.

2. Heat an egg skillet pan and lightly brush the bottom with butter. Pour in pancake batter and cook on low heat, allowing sufficient time for the pancake to rise and turn into a delicious shade of golden brown.

3. Allow pancakes to cool.

4. Garnish with banana slices, apple cubes, cereal flakes and drizzle with maple syrup or honey.
