Seafood Spaghetti with Alfredo Sauce Recipe

Here's a lazy recipe that procures amazingly palatable food for busy people. Honestly, this can be done within 20 minutes. Tops.

No surprises there when I say that it's my go-to recipe for holiday lunches when I'm short on time.

Chop chop, and let's get going~

(serves 6)

- 1 pack of linguine
- 4 slices of ham
- 10 shrimps, sliced lengthwise
- 6 crabmeat sticks, sliced
- Broccoli
- Leggo Alfredo sauce, 1 bottle
- Salt, pepper and italian herbs
- 4 cheese slices (mozzarella or cheddar)
- Butter

1. In a pot, boil water and add in 1 teaspoonful of salt. Pour in linguine and stir. Allow it to simmer and cook till al dente (around 10 minutes).

2. In a pan, heat butter till melted and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste.

3. In the same pan, add Alfredo sauce. Refill the bottle with water and pour it into the pot. Add in Italian herbs and cheese slices. Add more salt to taste.

4. Remove linguine from pot and plate it. Generously pour sauce over spaghetti. Pair the main with some meatballs and serve. Recipe for meatballs can be found here
